Companies including VSS Anuswarya Industries, SAPP Paper Techniq, and Gutslife, among others exhbited their innovative line of products in ‘Srijana’, an annual intercollegiate fest, at PSGIM Campus in Coimbatore.

VSS Anuswarya Industries, led by Rtn V.S. Sudhakar, conducted a live demo of its line of Next-gen innovative products at PSGIM Campus in Coimbatore. Founded in 2003, the Coimbatore-based VSS Anuswarya Industries showcased a range of EV and automation products, including charging stations, as well as vending machines, Smart Bins, Water ATM Dispensers, Water Dispensers, CO2 Capturing Systems, bio-vacuum toilets, and battery swapping, among others, in ‘Srijana’, an annual intercollegiate fest driven by the institution. As the event’s title sponsor, VSS Anuswarya Industries played a key role in the success of the two-day event.

The objective of the company’s initiative is to foster the spirit of entrepreneurship among the students, helping them become entrepreneurs with minimal investment, particularly in the area of electric mobility revolution, for a greener, more connected future. The project is supported by VSS Anuswarya Industries end-to-end and provides entrepreneurial aspirants with the required impetus and support structure to plan, create, and manage their business effectively.

Speaking to the media, event promoter Rtn V.S. Sudhakar asserted that he is an ardent advocate of innovation and entrepreneurship among youngsters. “We provide innovative and versatile products, intending to establish our nation as a global leader and promote opportunities for entrepreneurship,” he said.

The event was also supported by SAPP Paper Techniq, a manufacturer of eco-friendly, disposable paper machines. Started in 2003, the Coimbatore-based machinery manufacturer, founded by Premalatha Jagannathan, exhibited a range of products from eco-friendly bio bags, paper to alkaline water products. Another key exhibitor, Gutslife, is a local startup that offers healthy and innovative food products, primarily millet-based idly and dosa batter and drinks.

Visitors, primarily students, explored how smart manufacturing can drive sustainable businesses, a show of the region’s core industrial strength spanning several decades.
